
King Von was in fact Dayvon Daquan Bennett. He was born in Chicago on August 9, 1994 to Walter as well as Taesha. He had three brothers and siblings from the mother. He was the father of six half siblings. Bennett was mostly fostered by his mom due to his father's frequent time spent in jail. He was killed by his father and shot when Bennett was 11. Bennett was just 16 when he was taken to the jail in the first instance. This was only one of the many times he had to go with the law. Afterward, he got some college credits at South Suburban College in South Holland, Illinois. Then, after more legal challenges, Bennett tried to make an comeback to pursue his musical career. He frequently collaborated with Lil Durk. A posthumous album, "What It Means to be King", was released in the month of March, 2022.
